Character Goals: I want to accomplish Izuku learning more about himself and pushing himself forward despite missing his mentor and most of his friends/support group. He needs to learn to branch out himself and gain self-confidence in himself.
Special Concerns: If he overuses his Quirk, he breaks his bones. He will need a means of fast healing. AKA he might be visiting the corrupting hospital a LOT.

My name is Midoriya Izuku. I'm sixteen and a student at UA High. I'm training to become a pro-hero.
What's your home life like?
Um...normal? [He tilts his head at the question.] It's just me and my mom. She worries about me but I think all parents worry about their kids. I don't really know what else to say?
Tell me about your favorite people.
Heroes! Heroes are my favorite people. Especially All Might! He's the world's greatest hero! He appeared around five years ago! I have notes on him in my notebook!
[He grabs said notebook out of his backpack and starts rambling on and on...and on. Hope the interviewer doesn't mind a lecture on the awesomeness of All Might.]
Was there ever a "turning point" in your life?
Well...um. You see! There was! Well...kinda. But that's...all I can say. ...I'm sorry.
[There is one. That moment when All Might said he could be a hero. When he said he could inherit his Quirk. That moment was the turning point in his life. But he can't say that. He promised to keep it all a secret.]
Do you perform well under pressure?
Yeah! I think so. Usually. ...Depends on the pressure. The finals were really hard but that was because Kaachan and I were fighting All Might. Yes. My answer is yes. Final answer.
But sometimes I break my bones and then I'm kinda useless. That doesn't help. Sorry. That wasn't part of the question. Can we move on?
If you went to a deserted island, what two things would you take with you?
Oh! This is a good question. Let me think. Would a fire-starting kit count as a single item or would you count each items in such a kit? And can I bring anything or anyone? People do technically count as things in the language sense but not in the moral sense. I would want to bring a mode of transportation so we could leave the island. Is there a limit to what I can choose? Size limit or anything?
[Cue Izuku mumbling for the next ten minutes until he finally comes to a decision.]
I would bring All Might and an inflatable raft!
How do you normally spend a Friday night?
Watching the news, doing homework, eating dinner? Normal stuff. Why?
If a genie granted you a single wish, what would you wish for?
This is another good question. I need to think. What could I wish for? I could wish to control my Quirk completely. But wouldn't that be selfish? I could be selfish but I could use one wish for so much. I could wish All for One to disappear or the League of Villains to break up. But would that really solve anything? I don't want to be selfish. Could I wish for more wishes? Would that be against the rules?
[This time he mumbles for fifteen minutes until an answers comes.]
I know. ...I would wish my Mom could see my Dad again. I know she misses him. A lot. That's my wish. [He nods.]
Do the ends justify the means?
...I think I have to say no. The means influence the ends a lot. You can get something but if you got it through evil or cruel means, then the ending is cruel. You should do your best to support yourself and others, not stomp on them to get ahead. That's how I feel. A hero is meant to be someone who inspires everyone, not just gets what they want.
